Credit Card details (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) by email or telephone 00 44 (0) 28 90 460 200 or fax 00 44 (0) 28 90 598 740 will secure reservations.
Card Details
Credit card details by email, phone or fax, a deposit of cash, PO money order or Euro bank draft of the value of 1 night’s stay will secure your booking.
Confirmation
Bookings will be confirmed ONLY on receipt of card details or a deposit.
Cancellation
Cancellation policy:  We operate a 24hr cancellation policy and 7 days for group bookings (4+ rooms).  A “late cancellation” charge of 1 night’s stay for all rooms booked will be made.
Group Bookings
For Group Bookings of 4 or more rooms, we require a 20% deposit of the full cost made at the time of booking. We operate a 7-working day cancellation policy for Group Bookings.
Check-in/out
Reception opens for check-in from 8.00hrs until 22.30hrs.  Access to rooms 13.00 - 14.00hrs.  Check-out 11AM. Breakfast Times
07.00 to 09.00 Monday to Sunday.

Each room boasts a feather duvet and faux suade throw. Features include great large windows that open, urban views, work space, complimentary high-speed internet, in-room coffee & tea, colour TV and cable.   Spacious bathrooms feature mosaic tiles and exclusive bath amenities.
